Since my teenage days I have been a reformer engaging for environmental and ecological causes. After 10 years founding and running an association for sustainability and 7 years supporting sustainable companies with campaigning and communication services, I started to work in the kitchen as a helper due to a lack of proper financing and demand of my services.
This lead me to another cause, maybe the biggest cause of my life: Become the world´s first Food Jockey to share delicious, ecological, healthy food all over the world and bring organic food to the take away restaurant market.
